Hours, Services & Rates
Hours of operation: 7 am – 7 pm
Service rounds for pet(s) and/or house-only sitting will be between 7 am - 10 am & 2 pm – 6 pm
Dog walks are done Mon – Fri between 10 am – 2:00 pm & 5 pm – 7 pm. (weekends by appointment ONLY & a 20% surcharge).
Rates are based on a 10 mile radius of business. Areas outside of radius are VERY welcome, however, rates will incur a 20% gas surcharge.

In-House Pet Sitting:
Going away for a weekend, a week or a month?
Call us for experienced and professional in-home pet sitting
and/or house sitting care.
What you receive as part of your services:
For your Pet:
■ Each visit will be approximately 45 - 50 minutes in length
■ Feeding & watering of your pets per your instructions
■ Walks, playtime, brushing and lots of love
(each walk or playtime will be 25 - 30 minutes in length)
■ Medications administered per your vet’s instructions and
dietary needs met
■ Litter box cleaned and refreshed and waste removed to
your specified area
■ Daily log kept on each pet
■ Maintain their daily routine
■ Love on them as if they were our own
For your Home:
■ Security (walk thru) checks performed at each visit
■ Mail, newspapers, UPS/FedEx boxes, etc. brought inside
■ Water houseplants
(watering of landscaping or lawn will incur an additional charge).
■ Alternate lights, draperies and/or blinds to make it look like someone
is home.
■ Take out trash/recyclables the night previous of pickup and bring cans back.
(if contracted for pet/house sitting on that day)
■ Set home security system upon exiting (if requested)
Pricing:
Pet Sitting can consist of 1, 2 or more visits per day (includes up to 2 pets).
Minimum of 2 visits per day for dogs
Minimum of 1 visit per day for cats
■ 1 visit = $18; 2 visits = $16 each; 3 visits = $14 each
▪ More than 2 pets?: Each Addt’l Dog = $3
Each Addt’l Cat or other pet = $2
▪ Major Holiday pricing will be $3 additional per visit
(Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving)
House Sitting Only: $12 per Visit (no pets) (30 minute visitation)
Overnight Sitting: $40 per Visit (10pm - 6am at your residence)
Landscape and/or Lawn watering: $10 per 15 minutes
Payment for services is due on or before the 1 day of the service; customer has the option to post date their check to the last day of service. Checks will not be cashed/deposited until after service is complete. Currently, payment is accepted only by check, money order or cash.
Other Services:
Mid-day and/or late evening Dog Walking:
Can’t get home for lunch? Have a day trip? Working late? Or have an after work meeting/function to attend? Call us for a mid-day or evening walk!!

■ Walks will be approx. 20 - 25 minutes in length
■ Minimum commitment of 2 visits per week
- Weekly by Week: 1 dog = $13 per visit ($3 per addt’l dog / visit)
- Monthly commitment: 1 dog = $11.50 / visit ($2 more per addt’l dog)
Pet Taxi:
Transportation for your pet(s) to and/or from the vet, groomer, doggie daycare, friend’s house or boarding facility. Perfect for those trips where you leave early or arrive too late to pick up your pet. Your pet can be home when you are.

Pet Waste Removal Service:
Don’t have the time or have better things to do than to stroll around your back yard picking up your dog’s land mines? Then allow me to assist with that.
Rates based on an average area of ¼ to ½ acre (larger areas at higher rates)

Shoes and equipment are disinfected after each service
First visit may incur additional charges depending upon dog waste accumulation.
Receive a 5% discount when you pre-pay for the service(s).
- 1 x per week / 1 dog = $10 per visit
- 2 x’s per week / 1 dog = $8 per visit
- 3 x’s per week / 1 dog = $5 per visit
- each additional dog adds $ 3 per visit
One time and/or Spring/Winter thaw cleanup available:
- 1 dog = $35 2 dogs = $45 3 dogs = $55
- 4 dogs = $65 5 dogs = $85
Payment for One time or Spring (Winter thaw) cleanups are due upon completion of services. Payment can be made by check, money order or cash. ($35 fee for returned checks).
